Universitas Nurdin Hamzah (UNH) participated in the Technical Guidance (BIMTEK) on the Development of Anti-Violence, Anti-Drug, and Anti-Corruption Policies for Private Higher Education Institutions in Jambi Province. The event was held on April 22–23, 2026, at Aston Jambi Hotel & Conference Center and organized by LLDIKTI Region X as part of efforts to strengthen integrity-based governance in higher education.
This activity served as a strategic step in reinforcing the commitment of higher education institutions to create a safe, healthy campus environment free from violence, drug abuse, and corruption. It also emphasized the importance of upholding integrity values across all aspects of academic life.
Through a series of sessions including presentations, interactive discussions, and technical assistance, participants gained comprehensive insights into the formulation of campus policies. These policies are expected to align with the implementation of the Minister of Education Regulation No. 55 of 2024 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education (PPKPT).
Representing Universitas Nurdin Hamzah at the event were the Vice Rector, Ir. Mulyadi, M.Si., and the Head of Student Affairs, Hambali Furnawan, S.T. Their participation reflects the university’s strong commitment to supporting national policies and fostering a conducive and competitive academic environment.
Through this participation, UNH reaffirms its commitment to building a comfortable, character-driven, and integrity-based academic culture. This initiative is expected to contribute to the development of future generations who are not only intellectually capable but also uphold strong moral and ethical values.
