Based on the Circular Letter of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MENPAN RB) No. 4 of 2023 regarding the Proposal and Evaluation of the Integrity Zone 2023, and in order to improve services at the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region X, we will conduct a Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) aimed at measuring the level of satisfaction with the services we have provided.

Congratulations to Abdul Fatah, a UNH sport climbing athlete, for his outstanding achievement in bringing pride to the university by winning a bronze medal at the 2025 Jambi Provincial POMDA. He also received a development award from the university/foundation in recognition of this accomplishment.
