Information Technology Study Program (TEKNOSI) Achieves “Very Good” Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM

Jambi, April 23, 2025 — The Information Technology Study Program (TEKNOSI) has once again achieved an outstanding accomplishment. Based on the latest evaluation by the Independent Accreditation Agency for Informatics and Computing (LAM INFOKOM), TEKNOSI has officially earned the “Very Good”

accreditation rating.

This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire academic community—including lecturers, administrative staff, students, alumni, and industry partners—who have contributed to the continuous quality assurance process. The assessment conducted by LAM INFOKOM covered various aspects, including industry-based curriculum, graduate competencies, facilities and infrastructure, as well as learning outcomes.

The Head of the TEKNOSI Study Program, Fattachul Huda, S.Kom., M.P.d.T, expressed gratitude and appreciation for this accomplishment.
“Alhamdulillah, this ‘Very Good’ accreditation motivates us to continue improving the quality of learning and innovation in computer systems engineering. We are committed to producing graduates who are competitive in the industry and capable of contributing to national technological development,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty, Renny W. Astuti, M.Kom, added that this achievement aligns with the faculty’s vision to become a center of excellence in information and computer technology education and research.
“We will continue to encourage research collaboration and curriculum development to ensure relevance with the needs of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0,” she said.

This accreditation is valid for the next five years and marks an important milestone in TEKNOSI’s journey toward achieving an “Excellent” accreditation in the future. With this accomplishment, TEKNOSI is now more confident in expanding its national and international partnerships and attracting prospective students from across Indonesia.
